4. The Nancy

Who doesn't like a classic pizza waffle?

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Lehi Mills Belgian Waffle Mix
  • 2 cups of water
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices or sausage chunks

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the waffle mix and water until well incorporated.
  2. Pour waffle batter onto a preheated and greased waffle iron (or mini dash) and cook. Repeat for remaining waffle batter.

  4. At this point, you can pop your pizza waffle in the air fryer or microwave for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy, but be careful because it'll be hot.
